EWM forceArc technology revolutionises MIG/MAG welding of low-alloy and high-alloy steels and aluminium from sheet metal thickness starting at 5 mm.

The high arc pressure provides outstanding fusion penetration characteristics and a lower seam volume that is adapted to the process. You can therefore reduce wire consumption by 37 percent and gas consumption by 56 percent.

forceArc provides outstanding seam quality with minimum distortion, excellent root and sidewall fusion, and significantly shorter manufacturing times for the entire joining process.

This technology is particularly used in metal, machine and plant construction, vehicle, railway vehicle and ship construction, container, closed container and equipment construction and manual, mechanised and automated applications.
